The petitioner addressed a complaint through advocate on 27th May, 2016 copy of which is annexed at page 125 of the paper-book. Learned Counsel submits that grievance is in respect of alteration/deletion of revenue entries concerning agricultural land owned and possessed by the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that police has not taken any action on the complaint filed.

Learned APP submits that subject complaint has been forwarded by the post through Lawyer. The petitioner has not approached police and lodged the complaint himself. Respondent no.5 submits that grievance raised in the complaint is of civil nature. The learned Single Judge of this Court has passed an order on 18th December, 2013 in Civil Writ Petition No. 11337 of 2013.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the allegations made by the Complainant, we are of the view that petitioner may resort to appropriate alternate remedy as prescribed in Cr. P.C..
