Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that he require some time because advocate on record is not available today.

It is to be noted that, in the present proceedings original defendant No.1 challenged the order dated 11.04.2016 passed by the City Civil Court at Dindoshi, Borivali Division, Goregaon, Mumbai in S.C. Suit No.763 of 2014 holding that the Court has jurisdiction to entertain and try the suit. That order was passed under Section 9A of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908. S.C.Magar

In view of subsequent development that the deletion of Section 9A from the Civil Procedure Code, nothing survives in the present civil revision application. Hence, civil revision application stands abated. Hence, dismissed.
