Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.198 of 2022 registered with Chinchwad Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 376(2)(n) and 506 of IPC. 2.

APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer informs that charge-sheet in the matter is already filed. 3.

I have perused the allegation in the FIR which primafacie speaks of consensual relationship. There is unexplained delay in lodging FIR.

This Court on 16th June, 2022 has already granted adinterim protection in favour of the applicant. For the aforesaid reasons, ad-interim protection stands confirmed. BGP.

Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.

Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when directed.
