Heard Mr. Sathaye, learned Counsel for the applicants and Mr. Tambat, learned Counsel for respondent No.20. 2.

Mr. Sathaye seeks leave to delete respondents No.1 to 19 and 21 from this Civil Application as also from Writ Petition on the ground that respondent No.20 is the only contesting respondent. 3.

On the motion made by Mr. Sathaye, leave to delete respondents No.1 to 19 and 21 from Civil Application as also main Petition is granted. Amendment shall be carried out forthwith. 4.

This is an application for bringing legal representatives of applicant No.1, who died on 15.11.2014 leaving behind applicants No.1A to 1E. For the reasons stated in the Application, I am satisfied that the applicants have made out sufficient cause for condoning the delay. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c) with no order as to costs. Amendment shall be carried out within one week from today.
