This is an application by Appellant/State seeking stay of the impugned judgment and award passed by the Reference Court. Notices were issued on 27/02/2019, which are duly served on all the Respondents, as per office report dt. 24.09.2019. None appears for the Respondents. No reply is filed till date. 2.

In light thereof, the interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) subject to condition that the Appellant/State shall deposit the entire awarded amount with interest in the concerned Reference Court within a period of 8 weeks from today, if not already deposited.
