Heard Mr. Haridas, learned Counsel for applicants. 2.

Mr. Haridas submitted that C.R.A.No.212 of 2016 is at serial No.26 on today's board. He has served copy of this application on the other side. However, none appears on behalf of the respondent.

Mr. Haridas submits that by order dated 15.04.2016, this Court (Coram: M. S. Karnik, J.) issued notice before admission to the respondents, returnable after 8 weeks. In the meantime, ad-interim order in terms of prayer clause (b) was granted subject to the applicants' depositing interim compensation @ Rs.10,000/- per month from 26.07.2006 i.e. the date of the decree passed by the Small 1/2

CAC354_16.doc Causes Court at Mumbai. The arrears from the interim compensation as directed were ordered to be deposited within 8 weeks from the date of the order and the applicants were ordered to continue paying the compensation @ Rs.10,000/- per month subject to further orders as may be passed. Mr. Haridas submits that the amount of arrears @ Rs.10,000/- from 26.07.2006 till 30.06.2016 is approximately Rs.12 lacs. Applicants have paid Rs.3 lacs out of Rs.12 lacs and balance amount of Rs.9 lacs is to be paid. He seeks four weeks time for complying order dated 15.04.2016 and assures that applicants will not seek further time.

In view thereof as also by way of last chance, the time stipulated in the order dated 15.04.2016 is extended by a period of four weeks from today with clear understanding that the applicants will not apply for further extension of time for complying order dated 15.04.2016. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. 5.

List the Civil Revision Application for 'admission' on 22.07.2016 in the Supplementary Board.

Mr. Haridas assures that he will serve copy of this order on the respondent and its Advocate.
