Learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.3 and 4 are 1/3

present. They submit that pursuant to the Mediation, the parties have amicably settled their dispute and have entered into Consent Terms. 3.

Learned Counsel for the respondent Nos.3 and 4 tendered a xerox copy of the Consent Terms entered into between the parties. The same is taken on record.

The petitioner - Niloofur Mehrab Dastur and respondent No.3 - Zenobia Sarosh Irani are present in Court. The petitioner reiterates what is stated by her in the Consent Terms and that she has no grievance against the respondent No.3.

In view of the Consent Terms entered into between the parties, nothing survives for further consideration in the aforesaid petition.

The petition is accordingly, disposed of in view of the Consent Terms entered into between the parties. 2/3
