Civil Application No. 1289 of 2017 has been filed for condoning the delay of 275 days in bringing the legal heirs of deceased original Petitioner on record as well as setting aside the order of abatement.

After having heard both sides, I find that sufficient cause has been made out for condoning the delay as set out in Pg 1 of 2

905.caw.1289.2017.doc paragraph 4 of the Civil Application. Civil Application No.1289 of 2017 is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a)(b) and (c). The amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

Considering that this Writ Petition is of the year 2000, place the same on final hearing board in the week commencing from 17th July, 2017.
