We are informed by Mr. Lad, learned advocate appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 that the advertisement dated 24th April, 2021, which is the subject matter of challenge in this writ petition, has since been withdrawn and that no process of recruitment would be conducted in terms thereof. 2.

Once the advertisement under challenge has been withdrawn, grievance of the petitioners in relation thereto does not survive. The writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
