By order passed today Second Appeal is admitted. The finding has been recorded in the impugned judgment and order by the learned District Judge, Jaysingpur that the Applicant is the owner of the suit property. In these circumstances, the Respondents need to be restrained from creating any third party rights in the suit property till the disposal of the appeal.
