There is no reason to interfere with the impugned order dated 13 March 2015, at this stage. The impugned order has refused to recall the earlier order, by which the defendants were permitted to produce certain documents at the stage of cross-examination of the plaintiffs. If ultimately, the suit is decided against the petitioners - plaintiffs, in the substantive appeal which they may choose to institute against such decision, will be entitled to challenge the orders by which production of documents was permitted. Therefore, there is no reason to entertain the present petition, at this stage. 3] With liberty as aforesaid, this petition is dismissed. It is made clear that this Court has not examined the merits of the matter and therefore, all contentions of all parties are left open to be decided at the appropriate stage.
