IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION CRIMINAL APPLICATION No. 533 OF 2015 Amit Dhanji Mepani.
..Applicant.
Versus
State of Maharashtra & Another.
..Respondents.
Mr. H. P. Shah for the Applicant.
Mr. J. P. Yagnik, learned APP for the State.
Coram : RANJIT MORE & SMT. ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, JJ.
Date : July 8, 2015.
P. C. :
1.
Heard learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and learned APP for the State. By this application, the Applicant is seeking a direction to Respondent No.1 to register an FIR against Respondent No.2 as per the grievance contained in his complaint dated 7th August 2014. A copy of the said complaint is annexed at Exhibit-A to the petition.
2.
Earlier, the Applicant Petitioner by filing Criminal Writ Petition No. 405 of 2015, had sought the similar reliefs based on the very same complaint. That writ petition was dismissed on 26th March 2015, by passing a speaking order. 3.
Today, learned APP for the State placed on record report made to him by Police Inspector, Pantnagar Police Station, Mumbai. Perusal of the said letter indicates that the Applicant is patilsr 1 / 2
in the habit of filing similar proceedings in this Court and about 25 writ petition / criminal applications have been filed by him in this Court making more or less similar allegations. All those writ petitions and criminal applications have already been disposed of.
4.
We are of the opinion that the present application is vexatious and frivolous one and deserves to be dismissed. Hence, application is dismissed.
