The above Civil Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 1 year and 191 days in filing the above Civil Revision Application. The above Civil Revision Application is directed against the order dated 31.12.2013 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, by which order, the application filed by the Applicant under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, came to be rejected on the ground of delay. The reasons as to why the delay has occurred in filing the above Civil Revision Application are mentioned in the Civil Application. It is the case of the Applicant that he was not aware of the acquisition proceedings and only in March 2013 he became aware of the fact that the land owned by him has been acquired and Award also has been passed, BGP.

in the said circumstance the delay in filing the Civil Revision Application has occurred. In my view, having regard to the said reasons, case for condonation of delay has been made out. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, delay of 1 year and 191 days in filing the above Civil Revision Application stands condoned. List the Civil Revision Application for admission on 13.02.2017. The Civil Application is disposed of.
