In view of provisions of Section 210 of Cr.P.C., we deem it appropriate to stay further proceedings against the Petitioner, pursuant to FIR bearing Crime No.128 of 2018. However, we grant liberty to the Petitioner to approach before the Magistrate for clubbing of the proceedings initiated by the complainant in the aforesaid crime, so also, in other two complaint cases, so as to enable the Magistrate to call for appropriate report from the Page No. 1 of 2 ____________________________________________ 18 Aug 2023.

Chitra Sonawane 24-APL-624-2018.doc concerned police station, as contemplated u/s 210 of Cr.P.C. Needless to clarify that it shall be open for the petitioner to apply before the Magistrate for staying the proceedings, in view of pendency of the civil suit.
