The Revision Application is taken up for consideration forthwith. The revision is filed by the State of Maharashtra seeking to set aside the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) dismissing the First Appeal on the ground that court fees were not paid. The learned AGP states that the provision for payment of court fees has now made.

Considering the fact that the First Appeal arises from land acquisition proceedings and cogent reason is made out, the Revision Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). If the court fees are not paid within period of six weeks from today, then the earlier order dismissing the First Appeal will stand restored. (N.M. Jamdar, J.)
