The learned Counsel submits that the petitioner has fled the revision before the respondent on 4th April 2022, but no date for hearing of the matter is given. The learned AGP appears for respondent 2.

In case the revision fled by the petitioner (page 42) is pending with respondent, then the respondent shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law and policy expeditiously preferably within four months from today.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
