By this Application, the Applicant has sought to condone the delay in filing Appeal against judgment dated 30.08.2000 passed by the learned Jt. District Judge, Nashik in L.A.R. No.180 of 1991, whereby the Reference Court had awarded enhanced compensation of Rs.1,50,083/-. 2.

By Order dated 3.2.2022, this Court had directed the Government Pleader to verify whether the appeal in question meets the requirements and parameters of Government Resolution dated 13.08.2018 issued by the P P Salgaonkar 1/2

Learned APP states that despite several letters addressed to the concerned authorities, no instructions in this regard have been received. 4.

The land reference is of the year 1991 and the judgment is of the year 2000. Till date no steps have been taken to serve the Respondents. Learned Counsel for the State is unable to state whether compensation, along with interest, has been deposited. She states that relevant papers are not traceable. The conduct of the Applicants shows that the Applicants are not interested in pursuing the matter. Hence the Delay Application is dismissed for nonprosecution. 5.

Application for stay, stands dismissed in view of dismissal of delay condonation application.
