Heard Mr. Sangramsinh Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, Mr. Chavan, learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 and Mr. P. G. Sawant, learned AGP appearing for Respondent Nos.2 to 5.

After arguing the petition for some time, Mr. Yadav took instructions from the Petitioner, who is personally present in Court and seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty to file civil suit.

The Petitioner inter alia impugns order dated 18th March 2021 passed by the Hon'ble Minister (Revenue) in vkjVh,l@3620@12743@iz-Ø- 127@t&5 vThe said revenue proceedings were started in 2014 therefore, the Petitioner will be entitled to the benefit of Section 14 of the Limitation Act. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed aforesaid.

It is clarified that this Court has not express any opinion on the merits of the matter and all the contentions of both the parties on merits are expressly kept open.
