The Petitioner has challenged the order dated 3rd November 2018 passed in Appeal No.120 of 2018 by which interim compensation was determined at the rate of Rs.10,000/- per month.

Mr. Chintan Shah, learned Advocate appearing for the Applicants states that, however, in the meanwhile, by the judgment and order dated 4th October 2021, the said Appeal No.120 of 2018 has been dismissed and therefore, nothing survives in the Petition. Writ Petition is disposed of as the same has become infructuous. Interim Application does not survive and the same is disposed of accordingly.
