ORAL ORDER:

Considering the limited relief sought by the Petitioner, the writ petition is taken up for disposal.

Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for the Respondents. 3.

The Petitioner seeks expeditious consideration of the representation dated 6th December 2023 made to the Respondent No.2Tehsildar in the matter of Shree Maruti Devasthan Revdanda pertaining to land bearing survey No.87.

According to the Petitioner, in view of the adjudication undertaken by the Joint Charity Commissioner while deciding Appeal No.379 of 2018 on 21st December 2022, the said Authority has held in favour of the Petitioner.

Considering the fact that the Petitioner's representation dated 6th December 2023 is pending before the Respondent No.2, it is directed that the Respondent No.2 shall after hearing all concerned parties consider the representation and decide the same within a period of eight weeks of receiving of copy of this order.

All points raised are kept open. Rule is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No costs.
