1] After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file fresh Petition raising grievance for non-receipt of the compensation pursuant to the award passed by the respondents acquiring his land. 2] On the backdrop of submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 3] Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

4] In view of dismissal of Petition, Civil Applications, if any therein, also stand disposed of.
