The above Civil Application has been filed for interim stay to the judgment and order dated 01.09.2002 passed by the Learned Judge of the City Civil Court, Greater Mumbai. The above First Appeal has been admitted on 23.04.2003 and by an order passed on the said day, adinterim relief in terms of prayer clause (a) of the Civil Application was granted. The said ad-interim relief is continuing till date. None appears for the Respondents though in the order dated 23.04.2003 the name of one Mulraj Borche has been mentioned on behalf of the Respondents. In view of the fact that an ad-interim order is operating since 23.04.2003, it would be just and proper to confirm the said ad-interim order. The Civil BGP.
