This is an application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for bail originally registered with BKC Police Station, Mumbai under Section 408, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and and now being investigated by EOW Unit IX, CID, Mumbai bearing renumbered CR No.102/2017.

The learned APP. on instructions from the Investigating Officer submitted that during the course of investigation, it transpired that, the applicant has no role to play in the present crime and therefore, he is not Page-1/2

In view of the said submissions made by the learned APP. there is no apprehension of arrest to the applicant. 4.
