Mr. Kudle, appearing for the petitioner, says that he would abide by this Court's oral observation made today that a second petition on the same cause of action may not be maintainable. However, Mr. Kudle says that the petitioner would seek a review of the order passed on 13-3-2019 in the petitioner's earlier Civil Writ Petition No.2033 of 2014, copy of

In the light of the fact that this petition is conceded to be not maintainable but the petitioner desiring to seek a review of the order dated 13-3-2019, passed in Civil Writ Petition No.2033 of 2014, we dispose of this writ petition with liberty to file a review petition. We keep open all contentions of the petitioner.
