It appears that the Superintendent of Jail orally directed the Petitioner to wear prison uniform while going to civil hospital. Annoyed by the said directions, the grievance was raised by the Petitioner. In our opinion, extra ordinary writ jurisdiction cannot be invoked for redressal of such grievance.
