After hearing for some time, we find that this Court has on 9/7/2019 allowed Criminal Appeal No.185/2015 and connected Appeals filed by the present petitioner and two of his co-accused persons. 2.

We therefore find that present challenge to order imposing remission cut as prison punishment does not survive. Hence, both the proceedings are disposed of.
