By the order dated 12th June 2017, we issued notices to Respondent Nos. 4 and 5. Pursuant to the said notice, Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 are appearing through advocate. Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 are personally present in the Court. We interacted with Respondent No. 4. She denied that she is married with the Petitioner. She also stated that she on her own violation residing with her father, i.e., Respondent No. 5.

In the light of above, Mr. Suryawanshi, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw petition with liberty to adopt appropriate remedies. Leave with liberty as sought for is granted. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. All points and contentions of the respective parties are kept open.
