1] Applicant is charge-sheeted for an offence punishable under Sections 13(2) r/w 13(1)(b) of Prevention of Corruption Act registered with CBI, ACB, Mumbai vide R.C. No. BA1/2019/A0008. 2] In the aforesaid background, no purpose will be served by ordering applicant's detention. In that view of the matter, applicant deserves to be released on bail.

37.2334.21 BA.doc (i) Applicant be released on bail in Special Case No. 434/2021 pending in Special Court No. 53, Mumbai in R.C. No. BA1/2019/A0008 registered with CBI, ACB, Mumbai upon furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. (ii) Applicant shall neither influence witnesses in any manner nor tamper with evidence.

(iii) Applicant shall attend the prosecution regularly. Any two consecutive failures to attend before the Trial Court may lead to cancellation of his bail at the behest of investigating agency or the Court may take suo motu proceedings for cancellation of bail.

(iv) Applicant shall not leave the country without prior permission of the learned Trial Court.
