On behalf of the Applicant-Bank, Consent Terms are signed by the Branch Manager who claimed to have authorization in his favour, whereas Respondent-Trust has produced a true copy of the Resolution dated 15/3/2022 authorizing the Chairman of the Trust to execute the Consent Terms for settlement of Lease Deed pending and for renewal of Lease Deed.

As such, Consent Terms duly signed by both the parties and their respective Counsel are taken on record and marked "X" for the purpose of identification. As a sequel of above, parties hereto have agreed to act in terms of the Consent Terms, subject to which Writ Petition stands disposed of. As a consequence, pending Civil Application also stands disposed of.
