Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this Application, the Applicant seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R.No.69 of 2017 registered with the Guhagar Police Station, District - Ratnagiri, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 470 & 471 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The allegation as against the Applicant is that she prepared a fake 7/12 extract to show that she was an agriculturist and on the basis of

2/4 the said document i. e. 7/12 extract entered into a Sale Deed. 4.

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has attended the concerned Police Station, as directed by this Court vide order dated 7th June, 2017 and has handed over the original Sale Deed. Learned APP does not dispute the fact that the original Sale Deed has been handed over by the applicant. He, however, submits that the custody is required to find out where the said 7/12 extract was prepared. 5.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the 7/12 extract was removed on-line and that the applicant had inserted her name in the aforesaid 7/12 extract and written 'Kankavne' in her own handwriting. He submitted that the applicant' signature has been taken by the concerned Investigated Officer.

Considering the aforesaid, the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required. The application is accordingly allowed and the applicant is granted pre-arrest bail on the following terms and conditions :

ORDER

(i) In the event of the arrest, the applicant be enlarged on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount ;

(ii) The applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station on 21st and 22nd June, 2017 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon, and thereafter as and when called for, till the filing of the charge-sheet or for a period of three months from today, whichever is earlier;

(iii) The Applicant shall inform her latest place of residence and mobile contact number and/or change of residence or mobile details, if any, from time to time to the trial Court as well as to the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station, in writing.

The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
