During the trial, the applicant/appellant was on bail. He was convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 7, 13(1)(d) read with Section 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. On each count he was sentenced to 1 / 2

Considering the case against the applicant/appellant and considering that it will take much time to conclude the appeal finally, the applicant be released on same bail as granted by the trial Court with fresh bonds to be executed before the trial Court.
