Writ Petition No.7690/2004 The petitioner is permitted to reconstruct the petition and time of four weeks is granted to construct the record. After the reconstruction, let the matter be placed for directions for hearing. Civil Application No.2468/15.

The applicant-wife of the deceased Petitioner has taken out this Civil Application to implead her as a party in place of the Petitioner as some service benefits of the deceased Petitioner and/or monetary claims are required to be adjudicated in the petition. 2.

Therefore, in the interest of justice Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b).

In view of the order passed above, the learned Counsel for the Petitioners is not pressing this civil application. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
