Mr.Omkar Khanvilkar the learned counsel for the respondent refers to order dated 16th June 2016 made by this Court, in terms of which, ad-interim relief was granted to the petitioner subject to deposit of Rs.1,26,48,113/- within a time scheduled prescribed in the order. He points out that the order dated 16th June 2016 was challenge by the petitioner before the Hon'ble Supreme Court by filing petition for Special Leave to Appeal (c) No.22265 of 2016. The said petition for Special Leave was dismissed by Hon'ble N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

23-wp-6322-2016 Apex Court on 08th August 2016. However, further time was granted to the petitioner to deposit the amounts. 3.

Mr.Khanvilkar points out that despite such indulgence, the petitioners, had failed to deposit the amounts in question. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, and considering that neither the petitioner nor the advocate are present, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
