By this application, the applicant seeks modification/amendment in the Bail Application No. 1761/2019 and consequent correction in the order dated 20th January 2021. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the bail application, the C.R. number is wrongly mentioned as `C.R. No. I-169/2016' instead of `C.R. No. 23/2017' and hence, the order dated 20th January 2021 also records the wrong C.R. number.

14-IA-1850-2021.doc Learned A.P.P does not dispute the fact that the C.R. number is wrongly mentioned as C.R. No. I-169/2016 and states, on instructions, that the correct C.R. number is `C.R. No. 23/2017'. In view of the statement made by the learned A.P.P, on instructions, leave is granted to the applicant to amend the C.R. number in the bail application.

Consequently, the C.R. number mentioned in the aforesaid order shall now read as `C.R. No. 23/2017' instead of C.R. No.I-169/2016. Necessary correction be made in the aforesaid order. The rest of the order dated 20th January 2021 to remain as it is.

The application is allowed and is disposed of accordingly. REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
