These First Appeals arise out of a matrimonial dispute. Mr. Mankapure, appearing for the wife and Ms. Baxi, appearing for the

On their joint request, leave to amend the cause-title of the First Appeals to add the name of "M/s. Gokhale Infra Developers Pvt. Ltd" through its Director as respondent no.2 to the First Appeals is granted. Amendments to be carried out forthwith. 2).

The consent terms signed by the parties and their respective Advocates are taken on file and marked 'X' for identification. The Undertakings tendered in the consent terms are accepted. Mr. Mankapure, states that, pursuant to the consent terms, the husband has handed over a demand draft in the sum of Rs.8,00,000/- to the wife.
