The grievance of the Petitioners are that though there is order in their favour passed on 26th February, 2014 (Exhibit "B") by the Minister, State Excise in regard to shifting/renewal of the Petitioners' liquor shop from the District Thane/Palghar to Nashik, the Collector, Nashik has not taken any decision on the basis of said permission (Exhibit B).

Having considered the aforesaid limited grievance, without commenting upon the merits of the matter and the Petitioner's entitlement to get the premises shifted/renewal of licence from Thane/Palghar to Nashik district, we are inclined to dispose of these Petitions by directing the Collector, Nashik to look into the Petitioners' grievances and take appropriate decision taking into consideration the order dated 26th February, 2014 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid direction, the Petitions stand disposed of.
