Having heard the learned counsels appearing for the respective parties, we find the order impugned in the petition is appealable /revisable. We are therefore, not inclined to entertain the petition in respect of that prayer. So far as the relief claimed in para (c) is concerned, the Petitioners are always at liberty to make appropriate complaint against Respondent No.2 before the Respondent No.1-competent authority. We are therefore, not inclined to entertain said prayer.
