Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

A learned Single Judge by order dated 20th March 2013 framed the substantial question of law and fixed the date of final hearing of the appeal on 2nd April 2013. Thereafter, by further order dated 2nd February 2015, a learned Single Judge has expedited the hearing of the appeal and directed that matter be fixed for final hearing and the same be shown in the 1/2

22-ia-1802-2023.doc Sonali list of expedited matters as and when the same is due. Thereafter, by further order dated 15th June 2017, the appeal was fixed for final hearing on 24th July 2017. Therefore, in the light of these orders, it is clear that the hearing of appeal is expedited.
