P.C.:- The present Application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed on the apprehension of arrest, in furtherance of notice dated 9th May, 2018, issued by the Police Officer, attached to Kasarwadavali Police Station. The concerned officer i.e. Shrikant Pawar has filed an affidavit dated 13th June, 2018 stating that, till date crime is not registered against the Applicant and the Applicant was called at police station for preliminary inquiry in an Application filed by Smt. Champa Naresh Salian. In view thereof, the Senior Inspector of Police, Kasarwadavali Police Station, is hereby directed to issue a notice at least 72 hours in advance to the Applicant, in case the concerned 1/2
