The above Civil Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 60 days in filing the First Appeal. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.3 Mr. R. N. Gite states that he would endeavour to appear all the Respondents except the Respondent Nos.2 and 4 as they are from the same family. The Learned Counsel opposes the application for condonation, but ultimately leaves to to his BGP.
