1. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to apply to the trial Court with all particulars of the passport since the impugned order clearly records that the applicant had not furnished details of his passport. Accordingly, I pass the following order:- (i) Writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn. (ii) The petitioner is at liberty to file an application for return of his passport provided he submits all particulars as set out in the impugned order.

(iii) Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. (A. K. MENON, J.) 1/1
