DATED : 8th MAY, 2024 P.C:- The application is filed seeking permission to travel abroad from 21/05/2024 to 9/06/2024, in the wake of the pendency of the Criminal Appeal before this Court. Heard Mr. Rajeev Kumar in person, who has annexed along with the application the order passed on 11/10/2023, when he was permitted to travel abroad. Since the application indicate that the applicant intend to travel to Europe particularly France, Germany and Poland and with a Schengen Visa, he is permitted to do so, subject to the condition that he shall furnish his travel itinerary within period of one week from today, to the C.B.I Office.
