Learned advocate for the petitioner restricts this writ petition to petitioner No.28. He seeks liberty to delete names and cause of action qua other petitioners. He seeks permission to file individual writ petitions qua each petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed of qua other petitioners with liberty as prayed.

As regards petitioner No.28 is concerned, learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, states that petitioner No.28 will apply for regularisation as contemplated under Section 53(3) of the Maharashtra Regional Town Planning Act, 1966. Such

The planning authority shall decide such application for regularisation within two weeks thereafter.

Till communication of the decision to the petitioner No.28, the impugned structure as regards petitioner No.28 shall not be demolished.

The writ petition stands disposed of in above terms. No costs.
