In terms of the order dated 30th January, 2008 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.8196 of 2007, respondent has deposited a sum of Rs.5 Lakhs,which were invested in the name of Shubhojit Devashish Chakravarty, a minor son of the respondent. He has attained the majority. Therefore, application is moved seeking leave to withdraw the amount of Rs.5 Lakhs with interest accrued thereon.

Heard Mr. Joshi, learned counsel for the applicant. 3.

Though respondent has been served by e-mail, he is not present. Copy of the e-mail is taken on record and marked 'X-1' for Identification.

Thus, in view of the facts of the case and averments in the application, it is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 5.
