Learned Counsel for the respondent submits that the parties have placed on record of the Family Court at Mumbai consent terms dated 12th January, 2018 by which the disputes between the parties are stated to be resolved. A copy of the consent terms is also placed on record. It appears that in view of the consent terms, the petitioner is also not interested to prosecute this Petition. It is accordingly disposed off as infructuous.
