The Learned Counsel Mr. A. N. Giri appearing for the Petitioners states that in view of the fact that the Petitioners have accepted compensation for making alternate accommodation, the above Petition challenging the order passed under Section 33 and 38 has turned infructuous. The Petition is accordingly disposed of as having turned infructuous. If any applications filed by the above Petitioners for proving their eligibility are pending before the Deputy Collector and Competent Authority (Encroachment/Removal), Andheri, the same may be disposed of within three months from date.
