Heard. By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioners - Plaintiff challenge the order dated 28.02.2014 passed by the Trial Court below Exhibit41 in Regular Civil Suit No. 28/2008 rejecting their Application for carrying out amendment in the plaint.

The learned counsel for the Respondent submits that during pendency of the Writ Petition, the said suit stood itself came to be dismissed on 30.08.2016. These facts are not denied by the advocate for the Petitioner.

Hence, in view of the subsequent development, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. Same stands disposed of as infructuous.

No order as to costs.
