Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

It is submitted that the objection filed by the Petitioners under Section 3H(4) of the National Highways Act, 1956 is pending adjudication with the Competent Authority.

The learned AGP submits that the said objection is still pending with the authority.

In the light of that, we are not inclined to enter into merits of the contentions.

The Competent Authority shall take decision upon objection pending before it on its own merits, expeditiously and in accordance with law after hearing all parties concerned. 6.

All contentions of the respective parties are kept open. 7.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
