In view of the Judgment of the Full Bench of this Court dated 19.12.2023 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1005 of 2023 and the Judgment of this Court dated 03.07.2020 in Bail Application No.817 of 2020, the learned counsel for the Appellant seeks leave to convert this appeal into application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for regular bail.
