After the matter is heard at some length, it is agreed between learned Counsel for the parties that the petition may be disposed of by directing Labour Court at Pune to dispose of the main complaint itself in a time bound manner. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of by directing Labour Court at Pune to hear the parties and dispose of the main complaint, Complaint (UP) No.133 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of six months from today. Both parties shall, to that end, appear before the Labour Court on 9 March at 11.00 a.m. and produce an authenticated copy of this order. The Labour Court shall, thereupon, fix the schedule of hearings. All rights and contentions of the parties on merits, including Pg 1 of 2
